Applying for a Judicial Appointment?

For eight years Mary was a lay member of panels interviewing candidates for Judicial Appointments on behalf of the Judicial Appointments Commission. She has spent many years working with the the interview systems that the JAC use. These can be very different from those used in Chambers of Solicitors firms. She has seen many candidates struggle because they had not understood what was required of them by the JAC process: not because they could not do the job.

The JAC publish a considerable amount of guidance about how to prepare for JAC processes but having someone who has been on the inside and who has years of recruitment experience help you understand the language of competence and help you develop your application and  prepare for your interview can make all the difference.

Mary cannot tell you what to say, capsule but she can help you understand how to say it.
